Send us your artwork and we'll print it as a single 44"-wide gang sheet in vibrant, press-ready sublimation ink. Machine-cut, made to order, and shipped ready to go straight onto your press.

Most shops cap gang sheets at 22". We print the full 44" roll width, so you fit roughly twice the designs per linear inch and your cost per square foot drops accordingly.

How it works

1. Choose your sheet length below — the longer the sheet, the lower your cost per square foot.
2. Attach your print-ready file using the upload box on this page (just below the Add to Cart button). Your file rides along with the order, so nothing gets lost and nothing holds up your print.
3. Add to cart and check out.
4. We print, cut, and ship. Most orders go out within 1–3 business days.

Didn't upload before checkout, or need to send a corrected file? Reply to your order confirmation email with the file attached and your order number in the subject line. Your print starts once we have the file.

File requirements

• 300 DPI minimum
• PNG with transparent background, or print-ready PDF
• Sized to 44" wide — gang your designs how you want them laid out
• Leave at least 0.25" between designs for clean cutting
• Mirroring is not required, we handle it

Pressing instructions

400°F for 60 seconds, medium pressure. Give your garment a 5-second pre-press first to drive out moisture — this is the single biggest cause of dull or blotchy transfers. For polyester and poly-blend substrates only.
