Refund policy

List of Non-Returnable/Non-Reprintable Items:

  1. Sublimation Transfers with color shifts caused by submitted print files.
  2. Pixelated prints resulting from low-quality graphics provided by the client.
  3. Prints containing grammatical or design errors made by the designer.
  4. Prints with a white outline or halo due to semitransparent pixels in the original artwork.
  5. Transfers damaged during shipping by the courier.
  6. Gang sheets with overlaps, ghost images, or other irregularities approved by the client for printing.

Return Policy:

  1. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Items must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
  3. Refunds must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  4. Exchanges or store credits must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  5. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred when returning products to us. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
  6. TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS:

    1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
    2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
