Refund policy
List of Non-Returnable/Non-Reprintable Items:
- Sublimation Transfers with color shifts caused by submitted print files.
- Pixelated prints resulting from low-quality graphics provided by the client.
- Prints containing grammatical or design errors made by the designer.
- Prints with a white outline or halo due to semitransparent pixels in the original artwork.
- Transfers damaged during shipping by the courier.
- Gang sheets with overlaps, ghost images, or other irregularities approved by the client for printing.
Return Policy:
- Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
- Refunds must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Exchanges or store credits must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred when returning products to us. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS:
- Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
- Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
